Manual Therapy
An Occupational or Physical Therapist can assist you to returning to your work, sport, or just basic activities after a surgery or an injury. We provide that assistance by setting up a treatment program which may include some form of manual therapy, exercises, and/or modalities. You will also receive instruction in a home exercise program and proper body mechanics to prevent re-injury.
Our goal at OrthoSport is to optimize function and enhance your game. A licensed physical therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop a personalized plan of care to assist in getting you back to normal as quickly and safely as possible. Various approaches can be used to help achieve your goals including the use of modalities, exercise, manual therapy, functional activities, custom fit foot orthotics, and a home exercise program.
Plantar Fasciitis
Poor foot and ankle mechanics including flat feet can contribute to many leg and spinal problems. Our therapists cast and fit Sole Support Orthotics. These orthotics are very successful in treating foot and ankle problems (including plantar fasciitis) and assist in aligning the leg in a more biomechanically correct position.
