I went here with painful stomach cramps & backaches. I was told I could not be helped and should go to the ER. I didn't have insurance and knew an ER visit would be really expensive. I begged the receptionist to just let me talk to a doctor. The doctor REFUSED to see me. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath? I was again told to just go to the ER. I left in tears and decided to try Midwest Minor Medical. There the doctor had the time for me and diagnosed a UTI. I didn't have the common symptoms but the dr. at Alegent didn't want to be bothered with me. I try to tell everyone I know about my experience so they will stay away.
