Candlewood Church

I love this church! Wonderful worship service, welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, many ways to get involved in the community and many ways to get plugged into a group/groups (small group, women's bible study, etc) to grow spiritually.

This church is full of passionate Christ followers who love those around them more than I've seen before. Couple that with a team of humble pastors, and this church truly feels like a family.

I first began my relationship with Jesus after being talked to by somebody from this church. I went to a college group at UNO that this church runs. This church is full of genuinely kind people who truly believe what they speak and will help challenge you to live it out with them. Does a great job of being not just a Sunday church but a church family. Great worship bands, and I have been encouraged by seeing it grow and seeing people come to know Jesus.

This is a great place. The people here really make me feel welcome and warm. I'm really enjoying getting to know the people here.

Candlewood Church is an amazing church. I have never felt more loved by such genuine people. I have been at this church for the last almost 4 years. The people at this church are like a family to me and have encouraged and challenged me to grow more like Christ.

There is food provided including times there will be cookies or bownies, the music can vary slow to fast pace with concert kind of atmosphere, most everyone know's everyone, and both Pastors have their own unique kind of style.

I feel so welcomed at this church, people know my name, and there are conversations that people have before church. I've been going to Candlewood Church since early 2010, and I love it.

I have been going to Candlewood for 3 years now.I didn't grow up going to church much and never really enjoyed going to church but when I came to college I met a group on campus and they showed me love and acceptance I was searching for they introduced me to Candlewood church. I am so thankful I have a place where I can be accepted for who I am and welcomes anyone who comes through the door.

Candlewood Church is a great place to meet Christians who are excited about God. I have met some of the most genuine people at Candlewood, and it is really easy to feel right at home at Candlewood.

Candlewood Church has so many great things going for it! They are still small, but growing and are moving to a new location in Westside High School! If you have never been there, you will be thrilled to meet the people there. They are always welcoming and will greet you with a smile. You can truly see God working at work in this church.
