Beauty First

This place is a hole in the wall compared to Ulta and Sophora. The sales associates were very young and immature. They couldn't answer any of my questions, continued to text while I waited to be rung up, then denied my coupon they sent me. Their liter sale, is not a sale at all.

Having been a customer of Beauty First for a significant number of years, I agree with "I Beg to Differ". I have never seen or heard of anyone receiving bad service at this location whether it's for services or products and the manager has always been professional. I'm sure there's more to the story than the writer has eluded to.

I have also been a customer at Beauty First for 20 years! I have always had great service in the salon as well as with the management. I have gotten to know many of the Beauty First employees, and have liked them all very much! They have a very helpful staff and are always willing to go above and beyond. I would be curious to hear the "real" story as there is always two sides. I will continue to be a loyal customer, and encourage others to do so as well, as they have always been so nice to me.

I have been going to this Salon for at least 20 years and know and love all the stylists. Since they hired a new manager a few years back she treats the customers rudely and will not stand behind customer satisfaction! My stylists was more than happy to correct a slight discoloration from hightlights in my hair until her boss made the situation worse for us both. She was unreasonable, unfair and very unprofessional. Lying to corporate to save her job! This could have been easily resolved between us. I feel Beauty First Corporate should stand behind Customer Satisfaction at all costs and not allow these things to happen. You do not make a mistake, and not take accountability for it and then blame the customer!! Poor business management!

I will not buy my products at any other store (or any other Beauty First for that matter). The girls are incredibly friendly, helpful and truly know what they are talking about! One girl recommended a product for me and promised it will make my hair feel like new and IT DID! They stand behind their products and ensure I can bring it back within 30 days, but have never had to bring anything back because they recommend the perfect things. They truly are Best of Omaha and totally deserved that title!

I have been a loyal customer at this Beauty First location for several years. I happened to get on this site to find their number, and was disappointed to see the review that had previously been posted. On the contrary, I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the store and the employees that work there. I have stopped into a handful of other similar stores and can tell you from first hand experience that the girls at Beauty First are not only ready and willing to help you find what you’re looking for but they really know what they are talking about. I truly appreciate that they actually listen to my concerns and then make honest recommendations instead of constantly just trying to sell me the most expensive product/salon service. It is by far my favorite place to shop for my beauty products! And yes, I have had a handful of services done in their salon as well (by a few different people) and I have always been happy with the quality of the services I have received.
