Internal Medicine
Dr. Ahmad Ali Fora is a Board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist and has been practicing for more than 10 years. He received his medical degree from the Jordan University of Science in Technology. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University at Buffalo and then an oncology-hematology fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer institute in Buffalo, New York.
Prostate Cancer
The journey you are about to begin can be confusing and difficult. Your care management team will be invaluable in helping you successfully navigate the treatment process. Patients enrolled in either the Principal Care Management (PCM) or Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) program will be assigned a care manager. The PCM program is available to Medicare and most Medicare Advantage patients who have one serious, complex chronic condition. EOM is specifically designed for Medicare Fee-For-Service beneficiaries with seven specific types of cancers: breast cancer, chronic leukemia, small intestine/colorectal cancer, lung cancer, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and prostate cancer.

After completing her master’s degree, Adrienne worked at the University of Pennsylvania in the breast, GI and melanoma clinics. Subsequent to that she worked in a general private hematology and oncology practice in the Los Angeles area for several years.
