My mother Patricia Tanasy was sent to Raritan Bay Medical in Old Bridge, NJ from Golden Living about on July 17, 2015 for Urinary Track infection from Golden Living and while she was there, A Orthopedic Surgeon calls to tell me that my mother has left knee dislocated and states they are unable to fix knee and sends her back to Golden Living Long term nursing home in Old Bridge.

On Friday August 14, 2015 - took her to see her Orthopedic Surgeon at Mercer Bucks Orthopedics for Dr. Ast to see about her dislocated Left Knee replacement joint. He said the condition was one of the worst he has ever seen and if my mother does not go to Hospital immediately, she could lose her leg from infection from dislocation.

She went to Capital Health Hospital in southern NJ and they wanted to amputate her left leg because of infection from complications from dislocation of replacement knee which was also loose from abuse to my mother when it was dislocated.

They sent her back to Golden Living and her Doctors gave Anti-Biotics.

My mother is sent to Saint Peters ER from Golden Living because sugar over 535.

She is hospitalized and her doctor was Dr. Tadros - Female - General

THEY RELEASE HER BACK TO GOLDEN LVG. ON THURSDAY 10-01-2015



10-09-2015 Late Friday night She is Re-admitted to ER from Golden Living again.

Nov. 23, 2015 - Gold. Lvg. Sends Patricia Tanasy back to St. PETERS ER.

They admitted her.



Dr. James Monica Orthopedic Surgeon operated on her left knee on 11-24-2015 to

clean out infection and had to remove implant that was severely damaged and loose causing complications with infection from dislocation and put spacer in and sent her back to Golden Living again.



Dr. Maganti Internal med for my mother. They Gave blood transfusion on 11-27-2015

because Red blood cell count was off.



Dec. 28, 2015 Golden Living sends my mother back to St. Peters ER.

They had to operate again because it was damaged again and put spacer in leg and has Mrsa.



Dec. 30, 2015 - She has surgery again on left knee. They also told me she was malnourished.



Jan. 04, 2016 She has surgery to clean leg again

Jan. 09, 2016 – She is still in Hospital for MRSA infection to Left Knee.
