The Goddard School of Olathe (Northwest)

My child was expelled from this school for "behavior issues." We are very hurt and shocked by this. Do not take your children here unless they are PERFECT!!!

The Goddard School Olathe Northwest is very expensive and definitely not worth it. There are many preschools in Johnson County that offer more for much less tuition.

Our son has been attending Janice Kennedy's Goddard School on 115th in Olathe for almost 3 years. I cannot express strongly enough how blessed we feel to be a part of this school. The school setting is amazing, the classrooms are bright, clean, safe and geared towards learning. The entire staff is kind, empathetic, lovely people and the education received has been first rate. His academic level, social skill level and problem solving skills have all expanded tremendously since attending. I trust the entire staff implicitly and he loves going. Not all Goddard Schools are created equal so i can only speak to this specific location. We are SO thankful to have our son in this setting and to know that, in addition to the love and care he receives, he is being set up for academic success. I recomend this Goddard School to all my friends and I highly recomend it to anyone looking for a safe, vibrant, loving, educational setting for their child.

My first impression was that the price is a little higher than my current daycare. Though my wife was concerned with our son's academic process and was looking to goddard for help after being at a stay at home daycare with no educational format. Well we did decide to go with goddard. We saved the money on gas anyway with it being only 3 miles away. I most certainly noticed a difference in my son's ability to communicate within only 2 weeks. This was no suttle difference either. We continued to go to the school for over a year until we recently relocated to D.C. My opinion is that they deserve any amount they ask for ( if you want to put a price on your childs education) because what they deliver through their finely honed teahing is priceless. All of the employees are great. I do not know if all goddard schools are as good as Janice's but We will definately be trying the Goddard school in Washington D.C.
