Why should you avoid Saddlewood apartments? There are too many reasons to list (literally, yp.com only provides for extremely brief feedback). Here are the main concerns: MOLD! Mold would grow back despite extensive bleach cleaning. Property manager Lisa Smith doesn't care about such health hazards, either. Potholes all over the parking lot! Again, not only does Lisa not care about such safety hazards, but did nothing for months and then finally filled them with rocks! No joke! 'Refundable' deposit theft--be ready for your deposit to be swindled even though you thoroughly cleaned the unit and left in pristine condition. Oh, forgot to mention about the parking lots: they are patrolled nightly by flashlight-wielding tow truck drivers! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
