Today Clinic

I would not treat a dog the way "BRAD" treated my family member. He told her she was not welcome at the clinic and needed to find somewhere else to go. She was seen there 2 days prior and was getting worse. I called to see why he said that and he told me that if we called back he would block our number! He woild not allow us to talk to amyone else or a manager.When we spoke with a provider to complain eventually they said we needed to come to another clinch way across town. My family member could not walk or barely talk and was not able to rise in the car that far away. There are 3 clinics closer to us but for some reason we could not go and they would not call her in anything.
