Pet Friends Veterinary Hospital

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Acme and the entire staff. My dog has been a patient there since I brought him home as a puppy. As one who is generally on a tight budget, I appreciate the staff (particularly Amber) making my options known for the treatment of my dog. They never try to up sell me with doom and gloom tactics I have experienced with other vets concerning previous pets of mine. It is with my full trust and confidence I leave my dog with acme. They treat him as if he was the resident dog, which was apparent by the fact that he was usually in a staff members lap when I picked him up, for the first year. I recommend acme to everyone I know and those who have made the switch are thankful that they have.

I scheduled to bring my dog in to get nuetered. I was told to bring him at 7:00am. I woke up early and arrived at 7:00 but no one was there. I waited until 7:20 and no one arrived. I got a hold of the clinic at 7:45 and spoke to the most unprofessional office manager ever, Amber. She never apologized once for the issue instead she said the groomer answered the phone and made a mistake. She said that they called but i did not have 1 missed call or voicemail indicating so. I expressed how upset I was and the Amber asked what did I want her to do about it because she didnt do it.
