Unless you do things the way they want, expect to be insulted. Arrived at the dealership yesterday polity asking what my trade would be worth before negotiating on a new Cayenne. After being handed off to three different people I was finely told my 2011, VW Golf (nicely equipped) with 5,500 miles was only worth $12,000. A car that stickered for over $22,000 six months ago. Really?? Almost 50% drop in six months, Really?? Since this particular dealership only sells German made cars (Porsche and Audi) and VW being in that family, one could only conclude they took me for a moron. And then tried to take advantage of my moronisim. Stay away from these clowns. They will never have my business.

Sales staff is friendly... I did have an issue though where the Service department had trouble repairing an issue on my Boxster. When I left a less then perfect score for this, the Service Guy was rude the next time I was in and told me that my score hurts their bonuses and pay.



I really felt this info should have been anonymous and was upset that i was pressured on this issue.



Honestly, their service is good... and everyone has a bad day but this still concerned me that I would be treated differently based on my scores.

We drove 4 hours to visit this...

We drove 4 hours to visit this dealership and purchase a used Audi my husband found online. They knew we were coming and my husband had called ahead of time (spoke with Mark)regarding the Audi music system and cable. We were told the car did not have a cable but that the parts store at the dealership might have one.

When we arrived they were friendly and helpful. We test drove the car with Ingo. We looked at a newer model of the same car. Knowing we would probably purchase the vehicle we originally came to look at we asked if the gas tank could be topped off since we had a 4 hour drive back. We were told, "I would think so, I'll see what I can do". At this time we were pleased so even though we had a preapproval letter in hand, we agreed to finance with them as well and Donna was incredibly knowlegable and helpful. However, we were charged $65 for the cable which they scrambled to make sure they had. We asked about the gas and we were told, "Well, I tried". Now we're irritated but still felt like we got a good deal on the car. We were about to leave and we asked for the second key to the car. "That one only comes with one key." Now we're mad. We were told to call on Monday to discuss ordering a second key. Seriously? Being a dealership they KNOW that the car has to be present for a key to be programmed. There is no way we are driving 4 hours for a key. We will not drive 4 hours for anything for them again. I regret that we made that trip and I had my heart set on that car... but that is the last car we will buy from them. My friend bought a Dodge Caliber from a local dealership for half as much money and got a tank of gas for it...

Horrible customer service! Ca...

Horrible customer service! Can't say much for their fixing cars either. Took over a week to get an appointment to bring my Audi A4 in for several major problems and no loaner was ever offered (or as I found out later, available). $1200 in repairs ($900 of which was for labor!) and a week later (I was told these repairs would take ONE day!)... I drove it home, only to have the CHECK ENGINE light come on 5 days later. I called them to have them correct their obviously inadequate repairs and they said that they couldn't "fit me in" for an appointment for another week and once again... no "loaner" was available. So I am forced to drive around an obviously defective service job, possibly doing even more costly damage to my engine, because they can't "fit me in". Will NEVER go here for service again.
