Additionally, it offers its CITGO and Mystic line of lubricants and has refineries to transform crude oil into energy products. The company also provides a variety of prepaid and credit cards for students, business travelers and fleet operators. Based in Houston, CITGO Petroleum Corporation maintains a presence in Oklahoma City.
