        I was a guaranteed sale. Also an easy mark for after sale stuff. I waited and waited all time my legs in agony. I finally found a lady filing software. I asked her to call for assistance. She did but no one showed up. This is not
        The Best Buy I remember.

        Managers and customer service

        The managers at this store are very hateful and rude. If I could give them a 0 star I would but 1 is the lowest. Do not order from them, because if they mess up your order you will get sarcasm and hatefulness. Plus you have to spend your day returning the item and wasting your time at the store while they make phone calls and verifying your order and adjusting the inventory. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

        Great Install

        The install team was very professional, friendly and clean. They went above and beyond what I expected. I am very pleased. The sales team knew the products well and knew which system would work in a house with 22 foot ceilings.

        I have used other local companys in the past and was not pleased with the results. I would highly suggest using Best Buy for your home system needs.
