Sunrise Exterior Coatings

We hired this company to reside the exterior of our home and had a very negative experience and want to make sure others don't go through the same experience we did. One of the biggest complaints we have is we specified exactly what type of product we wanted the home resided with and they preceded to use a product that was less expensive and had a different look than the product we wanted to use without even asking us. When we asked them to use the original product they treated us poorly and the rest of the project went downhill from there. We should have ended our contract right then and there but we are trusting people who have learned a valuable lesson. They took months to finish what they said would take weeks, they hired inexperienced staff to hang siding on our house which was hung incorrectly, they left things unfinished and messy and did not return for a significant amount of time to offer to fix their mistakes. We would not use this company again nor do we recommend them to homeowners.
