        Overall

        Very poor customer service,they force you into buying a monthly contract and activating a prepay phone.They told me thats only way they can sell it,I buy from other retailers that have the same phone and they don't force you to do that.You can buy the phone and leave thats how its supposed to be.Will never give Radio Shack my business and will let everyone I know how they are..
