        Overall

        My experience with Darrell Crass Drilling has been the complete opposite of the other reviewer! The employee's there treated us as if we were family! Yes, they did have us put up a $250 deposit but that's normal with most business' and yes a deposit is usually non-refundable... hence why they call it a deposit! In my book Darrell Crass Drilling is gold, we had three other driller's come and drill us dry holes!! Darrell Crass found us water when no one else could and the office staff went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I will always recommend Darrell Crass Drilling for anyone needing a water well!!

        NEVER deal with these people!!...

        NEVER deal with these people!! They charged me $250 to come to my house,hammer a stick in the ground where they were SUPPOSE to drill me a water well.NEVER would put me on a schedule to drill my water well after PROMISING to,KEPT MY $250 and REFUSED to give it back to me!!I wished I had NEVER TRIED TO DEAL with these MONEY HUNGRY people!!! GOD will handle this problem for me one day,I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT!!! I HAD to give a one STAR ,but they only deserved a tenth!
