Arbor Point Apartments

Do not rent an apartment from this business. They appear to be nice to get people in then they don't fix anything. I went a long time without a dishwasher and the door on my balcony was stuck. I asked them to fix it and they never did. My friends hot water heater quit working and they never sent anyone. There are cockroaches everywhere. We put out traps and keep the home clean but the roaches are in the walls and keep coming back. The rent is very high and for breaking the contract and leaving early you have to pay a lot of money. It is an unfair contract. I was never told what was in it and then I read it and it stated things that were not constitutional or ethical. I would never rent from these people. They care more about apearances than people. The office women are viscous.
