        Overall

        The back side of the hotel-the first or ground floor is not really ground level. There were two landings of stairs you had to climb from the parking lot. When I went to complain-the front desk personnel told me about the breezeway-why don't they explain that to everyone that stays there. There is no elevators. So after you haul luggage up this stairwell on the backside of the property then you find out there is a breezeway. Really!!!! I would have rather been at a Howard Johnson or Best Western. I would have never picked this place.!!!!
