Ace Carpet Cleaning Inc

Wanted carpet clean ask around and got great reviews about company. Talked to owner and made appointment and he forgot about it when I called to verify he was coming and said he could not come when scheduled. Rescheduled and he said he would be there next Monday - company was a NO SHOW again with NO call to say they were not coming. I am assuming they do not need business - this was not a $50 coupon job - it would have been a $350 - $400 job.



They may do great work but it seems as though they have a tough time with scheduling and following through with calling customers if they need to reschedule. Would NOT recommend them due to lact of public relations skills.
