        The response time to my call was immediate. The Secretary was excellent. Polite, courteous and patient. The Electrician came to my home in record time. He was professional and thorough. Took his time explaining things to me and verifying safety of my situation. The company is working with my insurance and is in total compliance with them.

        Today an Electrician came to my home and did special tests with my whole house. He was excellent. Polite, courteous, and explained everything he was doing. When he finally finished all his tests everything was returned to the same order it was when he arrived. It was amazing to have some one do their job and clean up after them self.

        I would recommend this company to anyone with a problem, mine happened to be a lightening strike. So yes I was a nervous nellie.

        Finally, a company that is trust worthy and takes pride in their work. I am pleased with my experience.
