Senter R S Trucking Company

On April 4/17/18 I was driving down 85-South and one of the R S Senter Trucking Company trucks merge into the middle lane (between exit 95 & 94) meanwhile from the back of the truck came gravel/rocks from the top of the truck onto my windshield, which cracked my windshield. After going to the local police department, I obtain more information and could contact this merchant. I called the R S Trucking and the first guy I spoke with was very rude and the second guy I spoke with, told me it was not their problem and I would need to resolve this matter with my insurance. I called to report this matter not only to have my crack windshield fixed but so that the company could use this as an opportunity to improve how they transport their material. After receiving the careless response from this merchant, I will continue to express my concerns (in many avenues) as it relates to R S Senter Trucking Company because this will continue to happen to others.
