        The owner of this so-called company, Dennis Parkins, is a SCAM ARTIST.

        He takes advantage of the elderly. He makes unilateral decisions on other people's property without authorization and then threatens to sue them if they don't pay for it.

        I would never, ever hire this company or anyone associated with it.
