This is the first time I have ever dealt with an official reputable dealership. I had such a great experience here! These guys really take the time to explain things to you and they do their best to accommodate to one's wants and needs. I call my new car the "pimp" car because it has all these wonderful features... Not to mention the added back-up sensors and window tints. My old car was 12 years old and it was time to lay her to rest. I love my new Chevy and I am finally driving around in style! Overall, I am happy with the service and I have already recommended them to folks. Keep up the good work Bay City!! You're awesome!!
The entire dealership is fantastic, and one of the best I've had the pleasure to work with in the nation. I can't say enough good things about the service department and John Le who always goes above and beyond to take extra amazing care of myself, my vehicle, and my safety. He also goes above and beyond to be extra accommodating to my schedule and genuinely cares about his clients. What a great experience I had at Mazda of Oakland. I went for a headlight bulb change - they got me in on time for my appt; changed it within 15minutes; and only charged me for the light bulb - $26!! I told the service advisor of my experience at another Mazda dealer that charged me $135 - he said wow - we don't charge for labor on a light bulb change - that would just be bad customer service!! He is right - I will from now on only go to Mazda of Oakland. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
