After being a customer for 15 years I just found out that Nick sold my Swing Beaver I called in to let Nick know that I would be picking up my swing beaver unfortunately I could not make it in at the time because I had death in my family. Nick told me that he would not sell his customers furs without notifying them. Nick sold my fur without my permission. So unprofessional, no loyalty and I see why he downsize.
