Dave did a job for me, last year. There was a crack that developed in a few months, I called and called he said that he sent someone out to put some sealer in it. Then another crack, I called and called. We spoke in November, and he said it was too late in the season, and would take care of it in the spring. I started calling in the spring, and called every week for a while, no return calls in over two months.

I have a problem with my patio that they did 11 months ago. On 4/29/13 I called and Dave said he would be out to look at it, . No one came, I called back 5/9/13 and left a message. Called back 5/21/13 and left another message. Called back on 5/22/13 and left a message that he was probably not getting my messages and I would stop by. Dave called back and said he would be out to look at it.Well 8/29/13 he never came and I am an old customer.
