        I have been bringing my vehicles to Hilltop for years. They are very friendly and totally professional. I have had tune-ups, transmission flush, belts, oil changes ect.ect. Always done right, fast, and courteous. They have my highest recommendation.

        Took my Pontiac G6 in for Air Conditioner service. $79.95 for service + Freon and air still blows hot. Spoke with office and was told they could do AC diagnosis for $79.95 which I agreed on. End of the day I call and the technician has no idea and was unable to diagnose the issue, was told to take it to the Chrysler dealership to get the issue resolved. $200 with no resolution.
        Luckily summer is short here.
        Office people are nice.

        Nice and friendly, but, gotta say, I won't be back. Good deals, and quick wait times, but when I even tell you that the brakes aren't properly done, and you argue with me and say it's not a safety issue, just a maintenance issue!?!? What's with that!? FYI, mechanical jerks who refused to flush the fluid... My dad is 3000 miles away and I still would rather take my car to him than back to you. I've worked on cars with my dad, the day I decided to just rest and let someone else do my brake change for me, the day I remember saying "screw that, guess I'll have to do it myself from now on." I know they weren't properly done, and before leaving I even tell you to do it right and you just up and argued with the customer who is supposed to get what they pay for! Never again, hilltop, you ruined your repeat business from me, as it came to a complete stop that day. Sad, too, because you coulda just been honorable and done your jobs. I'd already been going to only you for a while. But, oh well... I hear there are much better places on this island than you to go to, anyway.
