UPS

A bunch of thiefs they didnt deliver my gandsons birthday present . The package arrived Saturday at 0314 on 02/13/16. Was supposed to be delivered 02/15/2016 by 2000. However never got delivered. When i called and raised hell they changed the date in the system. What a joke

Horrible service! My package has been at the Oak Creek WI facility waiting to be delivered to my house less then 13 miles away. Shipment delayed 3 times already with the first being a lie about bad weather on a beautiful day. I still have not received the package yet and have no idea when it will come. I can't trust the tracking information, as it tells me every evening that it's delayed. I had an outgoing package the was to be given to the delivery driver, so I watched and waited for 5 hours for each of the three days that my inbound package was to be delivered. I ended up taking my outbound package to the UPS store 10 miles from home! Not holding my breath that the package will arrive today, as I've lost my faith in this carrier and will I will do my best, to never allow anyone I deal with to ship using UPS... Myself included.
