The signature massage with Amber was fabulous. I get massages a lot and she was high on the list. So relaxing and my shoulder tension was relieved.

I have curly hair, and I wanted it trimmed and straightened. My hair curly is at my shoulders. My hair straight is down to the middle of my back (or so it was). They first put me with a guy who didn't even have a flat iron!!!! Bree straightened my hair, but as she was "trimming", she cut it up to my shoulders... ie. she whacked off 8 inches without even knowing!!! The next time I washed my hair, it was up to my chin!!! How could this happen to me at an upscale salon?!!! I pay extra money not for something fancy, but just so someone doesn't screw up a trim and straightening. This has happened to me multiple times, and I can't understand how people could not notice cutting off 8 to 10 inches off of someone's hair!!! This was by far the worst thing that has happened to my hair in my life! I hate the way I look right now.. .I have wires sticking out of my head in a halo, and there is nothing that I can do about it. People say that.. it's okay.. hair grows back.... my hair takes years to grow a few inches. DON'T EVER GO HERE!

Very frustrating to have to call twice, be left on hold over 5 minutes. Can't register for a cash apt on line or with a gift certificate without a credit card number. They need to learn more about customer service. Still have NO apt.
