        Ruined Coat

        They ruined an expensive coat! Didn't want to take any responsibility for it. The owner refused to offer any compensation other than refunding the cost I paid for ruining my garment. (Cleaning costs) He was rude, and very unprofessional. Refused to offer any compensation. Definitely would never go back! Novi has to many dry cleaners to choose from.
