I've been a patient here for a couple years and really love Dr. Martinez-Lyons & her staff. The office personnel are consistently pleasant, easy-going and helpful. The doctor pinpointed something two other dr's from my past overlooked. Finding them was a huge blessing compared to my old dr who was always running late, mischarging me and hard to reach.

This was the worst experience with a doctor I've ever had. Completely appalled at the complete neglect and disregard for their patents well being. The office is unreachable and unwilling to help with remedial requests. The emergency hotline is not anymore helpful as the only thing they are able to do is leave a voice mail in the same mailbox I have access to. Was not able to obtain a business card for my doctor after 3 months of visits and therefore have no direct contact for my doctor. He increased my doses after being told the medication was unbearable. I was forced to quick my medication cold-turkey without weaning directions from my doctor. Now, four days later and I can't stop getting sick and the office nor my doctor will return any of the voice mails I've left directly or with the after-hours line. I will take this complaint further, this is negligent.
