Eyebrow Designer 21

I had gone here before a few months ago, and was pleased. Totally different story today! When I walked in, the manager had her shoes off laying on the couch talking on her phon. She seated me, still talking on her phone, and continued to talk on the phone for several minutes while I waited. This was not a business call, or I would have been more understanding. When she handed me the mirror, I looked at my right brow and was mostly pleased. Then I looked at the left and burst into tears! It was noticeably shorter and thinner. No definition of which to speak! I have very prominent brow bones which provide the outline for a brow. She did a straight line across!! As I cried and stared at myself in the mirror she looked at me like I had no reason to be so upset. She just kept telling me to sit down, as though she could fix it. I have vacation next week and a wedding to be in! I am furious and all she could say to me was "I have been doing this for 7 years. Its not my first day, you know.
