Can not say enough good things about out experience,Rob was our salesman and he went out of his way to complete our sale today, he came to my place of employment to put my new tagson my car and picked up our trade in car from our home, everyone at Girard Ford was professional and courteous best experience possible came to see one Ford escape but is was already sold ended up getting newer car with better features,thanks Girard Ford

Avoid this dealer at all costs.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! Everyone from the salesman to the general manager was on hand and smiling when I purchased a 2008 Ford pick up them. Less than 2 weeks later began having multiple problems - with extended warranty and "Nano technology-exterior/interior protection packages I purchased. Customer Service is awful-empty promises. I repeat do NOT buy any vehicle from these guys! Wish I could select NO STARS

DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle to Girard Ford to be serviced. You will be given a quote for a repair and then most likely be charged 2-3 times the original quote. Dealing with this service dept. was an exhausting and draining (physically & financially) ordeal. By the time my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had felt like I'd been put through the ringer, stepped on, and then put through the ringer again. By far the worst experinece I've ever had with any repair shop, period. In addition, Ford customer service is useless and their vehicles are taking a turn for the worse. I will NEVER buy another Ford product and will dicsourage all of my friends and family from buying Fords. Totally disgusted with the whole experience.
