Brookside Elementary School provides educational enrollment to more than 400 students from prekindergarten through grade five. Its facility includes more than 25 classrooms, gym with stage, multimedia center with a computer lab, music room, art room, cafeteria, and administrative and health offices. The school offers various special programs to students that include academically talented program, art appreciation, artistically talented program, instrumental music and mentor program. It has a parent-teacher organization that provides planning and implementation for a variety of fundraising activities for the benefit of school. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, language arts, music, special education, computer, health and physical education. Brookside Elementary School is a part of the Norwalk Public Schools and is located in Norwalk, Conn.
