I would NEVER recommend that anyone take their vehicle to United Transmission. My fiance recently took his truck there. It was determined (by the warranty company) that the exhaust manifold needed replaced. The truck was in the shop for OVER A MONTH! The people never proactively called to provide updates, nor did they answer their phone or return their calls. Upon picking up the truck, the power steering fluid was leaking, the windshield was cracked, and the bumper had clearly been hit. The only thing they would take responsibility for was the power steering fluid, which is shameful. The first 2 flaws on the vehicle occurred while the vehicle was in United Transmission's possession. When they did go to fix the power steering line, they pulled the wrong line, leading to wasting more of our time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
