Rococo

Don't bother buying anything here! On black Friday my husband ordered me an outfit from rococo online as a Christmas gift. When the package finally arrived he noticed that a pair of shoes he had ordered was missing, there was no e-mail/phone call/explanation....nothing. Just a refund receipt. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager but the store was closed so I left a message explaining what had happened and if someone could call back. I waited 3 days and still received no call. I finally called again but the girl who answered wasn't helpful at all, just said to "e-mail the manager". Two weeks later my husband decided to give me the rest of the outfit he ordered before Christmas, when I went to put the clothing on, I noticed not just one but BOTH the items were sent in the wrong size. My husband called the next morning to talk to the boutique about why the entire shipment was wrong, the girl who answered said her manager wasn't there and then eventually hung up on my husband. We tried calling back and a Trisha picked up but then she hung up too. After calling the other location, we were told that the owner wasn't there but her name was Trisha...so not only did they lie about a manager being there but the actually owner hung up as soon as my husband said hello!! My husband called back again and as soon as Trisha answered the phone she said "What do you want"... so unprofessional. When my husband started explaining what the boutique had done, her response was "Oh I thought you were a telemarketer..". So instead of inquiring about the call she immediately assumed he was a telemarketer??? She then verified that the wrong size was indeed sent out but had no excuse as to why. We know have to wait for them to receive the package before we can even get a refund because of their mistake!! The entire staff and especially the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE.
