Don't rent from these guys. They are nice up front, but once you are locked in, they will do anything for a penny.
Rented from these guys for almost two years, and, naturally, had some wear-and-tear issues. Like every other rental, the landlord is responsible for repairing and maintaining their property. Despite this statement, out of all the problems we reported, only one was taken care of. The rest were blamed on us, and never taken care of. We were good, deserving tenants of this service, too.
When it came time to leave and get our security deposit back, we went through the standard walk through in the apartment. Tony, one of the brothers, made up anything and everything to take every last penny of our deposit. It was ridiculous. It was like renting from a child. It's sad to say that about a man twice my age. Anyway, I digress, even though we could prove what he claimed was false, he STILL deducted from our deposit... We were great tenants, and that meant nothing.

TL;DR - Don't rent from them. They hide behind the lease when it benefits them, and they ignore it when it benefits them, too. Unless you are a law student and want to win an easy small claims case against these liars.
