        Look elsewhere for more caring service. Prepaid a funeral and when I called to arrange the funeral, was told they were booked and I'd have to wait a week. Then the owner, who is not the funeral director, proceeded to whine to me about how busy she was. I just had a loved one die. I really didn't care about how busy she was. Then the funeral director called and said "this never happens". Well clearly it does. Called another North Tonawanda funeral home (a little further down the alphabet) and had wonderful caring services.
