The owner is rude and unprofessional. His contract states that when it snows 3 inches or more overnight, your driveway will be plowed by 7:00 am, if it snows 3 inches or more during the day, your driveway will be plowed by 5:00pm. There was more than 3 inches of snow in my driveway on February 10 and my driveway was not plowed until 1:30 pm. On March 12, we had a blizzard. I called the owner at 6:30 pm and asked when my driveway would be plowed. He told me that it had already been plowed. I told him he was mistaken but that my neighbors' driveways had already been plowed twice that day. I also reminded him about how in the past he had not honored the times of his contract, He told me "you are out of your mind" and he also told me to find someone else for next year. As if I would pay him $275 plus tax next year.
