Jack's Lawn Mower Service

So I've had two experiences with Jack's. Approximately 4 years ago they repaired my John Deere rider $275, they picked it up and did a good job. Since then I've tried to repair my newer Troy-Bilt Rider to save a few dollars. I did call Jack for parts which they did not stock. Not a big deal. I completed most of the repairs on my Troy-Bilt but had a question about leveling the deck. I called Jack's and asked if I could ask them a question about my mower. The man that answered started interogating me whether or not I have a product in for service. Do I have an account along with several other questions. I quickly surmised he was not going to help me although I have done business in the past and have called for parts. I find it hard to believe that a business is not willing to help unless you purchase something. Really sad. He could have answered my question in literally 2 seconds. Had he done that it would have totally changed my perception of their business. Some people just don't get it.
