Ideal Lawnmower

Wayne does an amazing job. Incredibly knowledgeable. He always does a top notch job. His service is so great, I travel 150 miles each way to service my equipment. Never had a problem.

I had 3 snow blowers repaired between 2/5 and 2/11. I got 2 of my original snow blowers back. The 3rd snow blower returned to me was an orange 1995 MTD, not my original machine. They also don't believe you when you tell them it is not your machine and that you never owned an orange snow blower. They have done nothing to rectify the mix up other than insisting that the machine they delivered is mine. They were very unprofessional, yelling and making accusations.They told me on 2/13 they looked at the last 2 wks of invoices. Shows they don't know what they are doing and don't keep track of your equipment. They only had to go back and look at one week of invoices 2/6 to 2/11, not 2 wks. They do not provide receipts to customers for their equipment. Ensure you record all serial numbers and take pictures of your equipment to ensure you can prove what your equipment looks like, otherwise there is no guarantee you will get your original equipment back. Caveat Emptor!!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware

Very sorry to read the previous review. My experience with this shop has to do with repairs and not with purchases. The fellow who owns the place has always done an excellent job of correctly and swiftly fixing any small engine devices (lawn mowers, snow blower) which I bring to him. I would rate his knowledge and acumen as top flight.

He sold my dad a $1400.00 snow blower as Brand New in 2001,we just found out from Husqvarna it's a 1996! parts for it are NOT MADE ANYMORE! Dude you haven't heard the last from my 85yr.old dad or me!! BBB, Attorney General, Husqvarna Corporate, Susan Hogan WPRI 12. Taking advantage of the ELDERLY! Shame on you!!
