CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE AND WELL!!!!

My son saved up his money to buy the IPhone 4s with Virgin Mobile being the service provider. The phone plus ICARE and tax was a little over $800 bucks! My son is only twelve so it took him a long time to save up his money! The first phone he got had a problem with it. We went back to RS and came into contact with Matt the manager. Without any hesitation Matt took the phone back and traded my son out for another iPhone. Matt even put the screen protector on and apologized to my son! When we got home and charged up the phone my son then started using the phone. He snapped a few pictures on the phone and then discovered that the pictures were coming out blurry. We went back to RS again and talked to Matt about the problem. Without hesitation AGAIN Matt traded out the phone again for another new one! Again Matt put on his screen protector and apologized again!! I've had bad customer service with Apple in the past and I was dreading having to go to them if RS couldn't help us out.

Since Matt stepped up to the plate he made this entire experience VERY pleasant for both of us! Matt is the type of guy that can be friends with anyone and has the personality and customer service skills that I wish more people possessed! I will always from here on out go to RS or wherever Matt is to have him help me and provide my family and myself with his Excellant Customer Service Skills!!!! I hope RS corporate will see this review and maybe recognize Matt for excellent customer service skills!

And for RS corporate offices Matt deserves a RAISE!!!! Retain this guy at your store for whatever it takes or cost!
