It's Your Floor

My Install for carpet, granite counters, and tile backsplash was in January of 2015. Danielle has been excellent in answering calls and delivering the install when it was expected. However, when they installed my tile backsplash they removed a larger portion of Sheetrock than necessary on both sides of my kitchen. Now there is an uneven line of Sheetrock with GAPS AND HOLES in my kitchen walls. I've spent the last several months attempting to contact someone (within their company) who could fix the issue. This has resulted in countless phone calls to "It's Your Floor", only ever speaking with floor sales reps. Honestly any decent Sheetrock repair man or tile guy can fix this in about an hour. Then I'll still have to paint over their mistake because I'm sure they won't do that themselves. The owners have yet to contact me. Today is 9/3/15. This issue has gone on now for 7 months to which I've been told everything from "We'll take care of it", to "We'll call you back", and argued with everything in between. They do not stand by their word, and they do not finish the job they were paid to do. This company is either operating a scam, or just grossly negligent.

Great service and very helpful. There was a problem with the first tile we got and they corrected it without any hassels.
