Cheap quality and poor cust. service

When I first paid alot of money for a full living room set and 6 theatre chairs to be custom made for me I thought I would be getting what I paid for in quality. I was wrong. Within 6 months the zippers on the back of the sofas started breaking causing the cushions to sag and fall forward. I called within the warranty time to get this fixed and was promised that someone would come out to fix this. No one came. Well I have 2 jobs and 5 kiddos and of course time flys but I sat down and called again about a year later telling them I still have the problem and no one ever came. They assured me they were so sorry and they did see that someone was supposed to have come out and they were sending someone then. No one came. Same thing, waited called again later. Told same thing again. No one came. I called today and was assured that if there had been an issue their associates would have noted my account and now it is out of warranty and there is nothing they are willing to do about it. I told Mark that I work in customer service and their customer service really takes the cake. I told him people come in my house and see their product and I will make sure they know where I got it so they don't make the same mistake of purchasing there. He told me ok thats fine have a good day. If you want a good product with good customer service I advise you to look elsewhere. You will not get it here.-
