They did work for two of our condos we chose motorized. The staff is excellent and the pricing was competitive. We also had several custom pillows made as well. We also had them do blinds for our house in Narragansett. We really wouldn't go anywhere else.

Since the 80's I have had curtains in my house and even at work done by Drapery House. The quality and service were great and although expensive worth it to me as I prefer quality over quantity. I keep my drapes for a long time. Then in 2004 I called to have the curtains in two bedrooms done. I left several messages with no response. I went into the store and selected a sample pretty much by myself with no assistance. I took the sample home; at some point a number of weeks later and after several more calls by me; a representative came to my house. He seemed uninterested in the job, retreived the sample and said to call later. I did several times and never heard from him again. It was during the housing boom and I suspect (but don't know) that my job was too small. However, since there was no conflict between us and no reason given for not pursuing my job (too busy, etc.) as a long time customer I felt extremely disappointed.
