NORTHSIDE OPEN MRI IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO HAVE YOUR MRI DONE.....THE TECHS ARE AWESOME AT THERE JOB AND VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING PATIENCES ON AND OFF THE TABLE.....ALSO THEY WILL KEEP COMING IN ASKING IF YOU ARE OKAY ANDD LET YOU TAKE BREAKS BEFORE DOING MULTI MRIS...... THE TECHS ARE NOT RUDE AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY..... ITS A WARM ATMOSPHERE HERE.....

8-27-15 Went to North Side MRI in NLR today for a low back with contrasting die and hip MRI. Got there before 8 am left at 10:10 am. I Was on their table over an hour and half, they only did the Hip MRI. I was told the hip would be 25 min. and the low back 45 with contracting Die. Why was the whole thing not done in that length of time. I was in a great amount of

pain after laying there that long and all of the MRI not completed. The techs that did the MRI were rude and would not assist me in getting on the table or getting off. The older man said he had surgery on his left arm and could not help. What are they doing in the MRI room, if they can not assist a patient. Most people need assist in getting on a table, because of issues in the hips or back, that is why we are there because of PAIN. I have asked to be referred to Imaging Baptist Springhill. I will Never go to this company again or refer anyone to them. I asked questions as to why I was on the table so long and no answers. Non-truthful employees which are also rude. Diamondsforever007

They made me pay upfront and then my insurance paid them. I was only supposed to pay the copay. It's been over two months and I can't get my money back and they are not returning phone calls.

I have never had a problem with Northside Open MRI... I have had 3 different MRI's here and every single time they have been nice. WIth insurance they let me know up front what the cost would be. Now that I don't have insurance it is even cheaper for me to get an MRI because they give you HUGE discount.

i just moved here from atlanta ga and dont no much about the doctors and specialist around here my pain dr did a referal for me to have a mri and they did to northside open mri they did not call confirm appt or let me no of a copay or that my ins did not cover it at 100% the people working there was very very ruid did not even stay for appt once i got there and will not never go back or hope after u read this that u would please not waste your time or money going there because you will be very disapointed if u no no where good i could go please let me no my email is gapal79@yahoo.com

We have commanly use Baptist Imaging for all our MRI services. They have always been supportive and accomodating when it comes to financial arrangements. Northside was referred to by my wife's pain dr. without asking which we prefferred. They wanted 250 down and 250 after insurance paid out. Baptist wants a copay plus 378 after services which they have always let us pay out. I feel Northside is a rude and unconcerned company in for the money. They have no compassion.
