        Overall

        my mother who is 79 and weighs 82 pounds has been trying to get a portable oxygenator for5 months. Currently she has a full-sized oxygen bottle on rollers that she is unable to pick up by herself.the staff at spring hill and kanis in little rock give us a constant run around! No one is helpful, noone reruns calls. On friday they delivered another full sized home oxygenator in a rolling suitcase,not the promised small device that she could carry on her shoulder. these people at alliance should be run out of business! they don't care about patients. sharon moore
