If you are like me a person who loves to cook but does not have the time, because of a busy scheduled, then you should try this place. This is an Owner Operated Restaurant...the owner Gloria, is a lady from Honduras who grew up since cildhood in a family restaurant business. The restaurant has a warm and very casual atmosphere.

Glorias specialty dishes are...baleadas, pastelitos de maiz and harina, chicken tajadas, carne asada, but, the one dish that this lady cannot keep in every time tha she makes it, is...The Out of This World...Caracol Soup (this one dish is for seafood lovers). My favorite dish is... Beef Soup...this soup is Totally Awesome.!!!!! I have to say that this one dish has a distinguished flavor that I can't even accomplished at home...and I consider myself to be a great cook. This is a wine and beer restaurant. They have imported beers from Honduras like, Salva Vida, Port Royal and Barena. Gloria has daily especials for this hard economy difficult times.
