Jellystone Park of Western New York

this will be my 5th trip I have 4 kids and we all love it thank yoy

Our accommodations were filthy & had utensils missing.

When I complained, there was no problem. Scott later told me I was rude to the staff & barred me for life.

He also threw in barking dog complaints. Funny I didn't hear about it upon check out, or the other 6 times we brought the dog. LIAR!!!

Doesn't care about customers with inflated prices & a wait list! $700 some weekends!

Awful! AVOID!

I chose this campground because it appeared to be very kid friendly. It was a wise choice. Jellystone is a classy operation - friendly people, modern facilities with clean bathrooms, mini golf course, an amazing waterpark and a separate well-maintained pool. The kids loved this place and since the NY state schools had not yet let out - we pretty much had the run of the place. Tried catching one of the many frogs in the pond but apparently I was not as smart as an amphibian. The only negatives were the typically overpriced campstore and the oak firewood that was not seasoned (recommend buying your wood from one of the local farmer/sellers) and barely stayed burning. We would definitely return to this campground.
