My Bookkeeping & Tax Service

I have been going there for a few years but these last 3-4 yrs they have become very unorganized. I filed my taxes and i asked martha (the owner) when she will be sending them and she said we send them as soon as you pay us, but thats a lie they DO NOT send them right away. I had to call a month after and trust me you can never get a hold of her or her helper margarita, the people who answer the phone never let you talk to them they only say she is busy we can take you info and she will get back to you around 4 am but you never hear from Martha or Margarita. When I finally got through they said they had sent them but it was a lie i had to call a few more times and they finally sent them. They are polite but they are very unorganized and they claim to have lost all the info they had in the computer from previous years. So we were asked to take the information again. The wait is terrible because they have no system you sign in and they fill up to 4 pages and they NEVER finish them. Martha gets there until 8pm and some people wait there since 10am and some come back from the day before. Terrible service... Not worth it... From me they dont even deserve a star yet alone 5.... They are going downhill instead of improving. Just like they take our money right away they should provide good service. I will not be going back to them

Submitted my W-2 so they would prepare my tax returns. This was over two months ago. As of today, I have not received anything . They never bother to call to tell me the paper work would be delayed or that they received it. I have called several times, talked to several people including the owner, Martha but they give me excuse after excuse. They promised to have mailed them or they will mail them but nothing. I gave them everything they needed, a number where I could be reached, envelope ect. I went as far as including a pre-paid envelope so they would return paperwork to me in a timely manner, but they never replied. They however cashed my check quickly. On top of them having terrible customer service, I am very concern with the fact that they have my personal information and that one of them could use it. I urge you to reconsider using them for any services.
