The person who answered the phone was so rude..How does he ever get business I do not know..He needs to change his attitude, who would ever want to be a guest at his place? I only gave him one star because the review will not take a minus.
I was not happy with the service I received. The phone skills on the phone were extremely unprofessional. Asian operated hotel. I am a CSUN student taking a final exam and needed a place to study for an upcoming exam, I decided to call the Travel Inn place to ask a questions "how much does it cost to get a room?" immediately I was told to hurry up, "you are wasting my time". How rude, I needed a quick place to study because at home there is too much noise. But my mistake was when I told them I needed a room to study. Why? Because they welcome and support prostitution- not a simple customer like me. I even told them I'd be willing to get the room for 2 days- and the call ended with "listen if you are going to ask so many questions don't come here." I feel a nice relief to write this complaint to Travel Inn in North Hills CA- Sepulveda/Chase
